Hot, bone dry and dusty is not what immediately comes to my mind when I image New England in the waning days of September. But those were the exact conditions for this year’s running of the Gloucester Grand Prix, presented under the Rapha Super Cross banner. After arriving into Logan on a redeye on Saturday morning, I spent the following two days breathing in an incredible amount of dust, consuming lobster rolls and learning the proper pronunciation of “glah-stah”.
A huge thank you to the good folks at The 5th Floor, Neon Velo and Rapha for their hospitality and help with logistics all weekend long.
Here are some of my favorite photographs from the two days of racing.
